Bootcamp info:

Sign up to this 4 week bootcamp and ensure that you shift any excess pounds before March! It is the perfect way to make sure you reach your goal weight in 2012!! As always the workouts will be innovative, varied and challenging plus all bootcamps are women only!

When: 6th February to 1st March

Where: Hutcheson’s School Sports Hall, Beaton Road.

How much: £56 for 2 sessions a week for 4 weeks / £72 for 3 sessions a week for 4 weeks.

What do I get: This allows you 2 or 3 training sessions a week lasting 1 hour each, a nutritional guide that will help you shift weight even quicker during your 4 weeks training.

When are the sessions:

Monday: 7-8pm

Tuesday: 7-8pm
Tuesday: 8-9pm

Thursday: 7-8pm
Thursday: 8-9pm
