Your body takes 9 months to change during pregnancy so dont expect to be able to snap straight back into your pre-pregnancy jeans the week after giving birth!
Unless you have endless amounts of money and, like celebrities, can afford full-time care for your newborn, have a personal trainer and nutirionist.
Before Kiera was born Kendall did dancing (ballet, tap and jazz) and has always been petite. A couple of months after Kiera was born Kendall started to do the Tracey Anderson post-natal excersize DVD and the Ministry of Sound – Pump it up dance workout. Only problem was DVD’s are just the same thing over and over and it began to get quite boring. Although Kendall did still keep doing the M.O.S workout and Kiera started to join in too!
At the beginning of February 2012 Kendall got in touch with The Team For Life to start doing a Bootcamp class – 3 days a week in the evening (when Kiera’s in bed) and this is for 4 weeks. Here Kendall will keep a weekly public diary.
